 The Grand Hotel, including 250 rooms in a 10-story building, will feature:
• Large ballrooms, junior ballrooms and conference facilities
• A full-service restaurant, also providing room service 24 hours a day
• Exquisite architecture
 A Boutique Hotel will have 100 rooms, with retail on the first floor, which extends outward to provide a platform for a spacious hotel terrace. The terrace is anticipated to have an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Central Green.
