Office leasing options at Augustalee are virtually unlimited. Total capacity exceeds 1 million squarefeet, the largest amount available in one place in the Charlotte Region today.
• The northeast quadrant of the Augustalee development is the office campus area. To date, two Class A office towers 10 stories tall, one 5-story building, and three 3-story have been approved by the Town of Cornelius.
• However additional acreage on the site is expected to provide space for several additional office buildings in the same quadrant.
• The entire office campus, or a large portion of it, may be made available for a large company looking for multiple buildings in a campus-like setting.
• Additionally the southwest quadrant of the project, identified for Future Development, may be developed for office, retail or other purposes, depending on market demand.

• If your need is for smaller office space, the curved building above will be part of a 3-story office structure at the north entrance to Augustalee, where the developers Cornelius Bromont and others,
