| Atop the ground-level retail located in the core buildings of Augustalee, 400 luxury residences will rise three to six stories and provide a superb living experience. Some will overlook the Central Green, and others will look west toward Lake Norman.
Current floor plans, still conceptual, call for 200 two-bedroom and 200-one-bedroom units. All will have high ceilings and superior design and construction. Penthouses on the top floor will be future lofts, including two living levels, with top levels featuring dramatic dormers.
Numerous units will also feature a unique amenity of sun porches 10 feet deep, inspired by Southern coastal resort architecture, will provide private outdoor spaces for enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and community of Augustalee.
Plan details for the luxury residences are under development, and sales will not begin until construction sometime in 2012.
