All the retail space is on the ground floor of the main mixed-use buildings, each with four to six floors of high-end residences above them, helping to ensure day and night demand for products and services, seven days a week.
Office users will provide a built-in customer base on weekdays, and residents will be there to shop, dine and enjoy amenities on nights and weekends.
Augustalee is planned to begin construction in early 2010 and open approximately two years later. |
